WHAT IS STAR TOURING AND RIDING |

STAR
Touring and Riding is an international association of motorcycle riders focused
on family, fun, camaraderie and RIDING. As we ride with the emphasis on
the fun, we take safety seriously and ride as to ride again and again.
All makes of motorcycles are welcome. The STAR
community is a mix of riders with varied riding experiences. Chapter
rides follow the highway speed limits and laws, to keep everyone as safe
as possible. STAR Chapter rides do not include "tavern runs", and
comsumption of alcoholic beverages on chapter rides is prohibited. If
you are looking for a family motorcycle association, with a lot of
pride, spirit and camaraderie without the "attitude" you have found the
right organization. Come ride with us and feel the spirit.

AKRON CHAPTER 331
If you are interested in riding with 131 on Sun Jul 5th meet Judi at the McDonalds in Rootstown at 9:00 for the ride over.
On Sunday, July 12th we will be riding up to the Rock Hall in Cleveland where Star Motorcycles will have their road show offering demo rides, music, disounts to the Hall, prizes, etc. Midway Yamaha has offered to open their doors to us at 9:30 AM for coffee and donuts and we will plan to depart at 11:00 for the ride to Cleveland. Please plan to join us and...bring a friend!!

STEEL VALLEY CHAPTER 131
Our yearly Foxburg Inn ride will depart from the Elm road Perkins at 10:00 am. Our first rest stop will be at aprox 60miles We will arrive at Foxburg between 12:00/12:30 for lunch. Our ride home will take us thru Grove City, Sandy Lake and Greenville Pa. We will stop at Katie's on route 5 for ice cream. Total miles approx 160.

Chapter Meeting/Meeting Place |
|
Chapter meetings generally take place on the second Sunday of every month. During the months November through March, we meet at the On Tap Grill, located on Rt 59 in Stow, where we enjoy a meal, fellowship and discuss chapter business. During the riding season, our chapter rides are on the 2nd and 4th Sunday, with a short meeting when necessary. We also have weekend and week rides, as well as impromptu rides which may include dinner. If you are looking for someone to ride with, there is usually someone in the chapter wanting to get out and enjoy the day. All bikes are welcome.
Anyone who wants to ride with us is welcome to join us for a ride or
two before they decide if they want to become a member.
